Shihchien and I wanted to relay to you how much we appreciate Mike's dedication to the construction of our house in Riverside. 

After the unfortunate events around the start of our house building (as you recall with the asbestos removal and the demolition happening unannounced and earlier than they were supposed to), we were indeed more than a little worried and stressed about the whole process.

Fortunately, once Mike became involved, things went smoothly and (mostly) as predicted. Mike restored our confidence in the process. Mike was very professional about the whole process. In particular,

(1) He was punctual about appointments, kept us in the loop of new developments, and was knowledgable about most aspects of the building process. 
(2) He was an advocate for us as well as for your firm. 
(3) He was always accessible, and would be very responsive to our requests, questions, etc and was patient in dealing with the myriad of questions.
(4) He kept the construction site very neat and clean.
(5) He dealt very professionally with our neighbours.
(6) He advised us well on the very many decisions we had to make in the process
(7) He was well respected by the crew and the contractors
(8) He is very pleasant to work with

In a nutshell, if we now refer people to Westchester Modular (and we have already done so as you know), it is in no small part thanks to Mike's work which in our eyes has really enhanced the reputation of your firm.
