Paul leads the company and has many years of experience in new commercial and residential construction, including single-family subdivisions, multi-unit complexes, office and retail centers, with over $2M in annual services. Currently managing over 3,500 residential, commercial, condominium/apartment units with a separate Construction and Maintenance Department.
Joe is the manager of Westchester Modular Homes of Fairfield County. He brings over 20 years of new home construction experience having built over 500 homes to date. In addition Joe is our chief new home consultant constantly creating solutions for client needs in the complex world of building homes and meeting budget expectations. Joe’s personality demonstrates patience when it comes to educating the clients to the various building techniques, design choices and the introduction of the numerous options available to the buyers in today’s building materials. Joe finds a way to make good things happen resulting in a very pleased client at the end of the transaction.
In 2004 David joined Westchester Modular Homes of Fairfield County after many years working as a regional sales manager and national sales manager in both the marine and packaging industry. He brings years of experience in all facets of the building process from conception to completion. David has been providing new home clients with a full turnkey experience for over 10 years. David has created and maintains a consistent high level of customer satisfaction within the custom housing market through persistence, understanding, and due diligence.
In 1976 Bob entered the Real Estate business after a 13 year teaching career. Since then Bob has been assisting buyers, sellers and builders creating solutions in the acquisition and liquidation of properties. Working with people to alleviate the challenges involved in real estate and new home building is the primary goal. Making the experience enjoyable for buyers and sellers by providing professional service with a positive outcome is always the goal. After joining the Scalzo Group in 2000 Bob not only engaged in the real estate business but also provided new construction sales services for Westchester Modular Homes of Fairfield County. Currently he is one of 3 sales consultants serving clients who desire a new home. “ New homes have always been my focus” “There is always something special about delivering a new home to a client.”
Rob has been in the Real Estate industry for 28 years and oversees all aspects of the operations for Westchester Modular Homes of Fairfield County. His primary focus centers around all aspects of Accounting, Job Construction Managers and Vendor Relations.
Pat has been in the Real Estate industry for over 18 years. She handles multiple responsibilities in the office with a great amount of skill. Pat serves as Paul Scalzo's administrative assistant and makes sure the office is running smoothly.
